10% service fee and 5% resort fee are not included and are due upon arrival.
Payment policy - 50% deposit required upon booking and remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy - 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. If cancelled within the 30 days it is non-refundable.
